By accessing or using our website, engaging our services, or communicating with our team, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Our services are intended for lawful business use only. You agree to use our technology integration services only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in India. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass any integration, API, or system we provide. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
All API integrations provided by us are facilitated through RBI-authorized, licensed payment partners. You agree to use API credentials and integration configurations only as authorized. You are responsible for securing your API keys and credentials. We act solely as a technology intermediary — the actual payment processing, settlement, and fund management are handled entirely by the respective licensed payment partners.
You are responsible for providing accurate business and KYC information during onboarding. You must maintain the confidentiality of credentials provided. You agree not to use our services for fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. You must comply with all payment partner terms and applicable regulations.
Refund eligibility for technology services is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Integration work that has been fully completed and delivered is generally non-refundable. Service setup fees, third-party registration fees, and API provisioning costs paid on your behalf are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete project phases at our discretion.
Fourpaysave HI Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for payment processing failures, fund delays, or settlement issues caused by licensed payment partners. Our liability is limited to the technology integration services we directly provide. We are not responsible for third-party payment platform outages, regulatory changes, or payment failures. 4PaySave provides integration and technology support services only.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

A Technology Service Provider provides API connectivity, technical integration, dashboards, merchant onboarding coordination, UAT support, webhook integration and ongoing technical assistance under agreements with authorized payment partners. FourPaySave does not operate as a bank, NBFC, Payment Aggregator, Payment Gateway or wallet issuer and does not handle or settle customer funds.
