Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for technology and integration services provided by Fourpaysave HI Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. Service setup and integration charges may be non-refundable after work initiation.
Refunds are applicable only for technology services where no substantial work has been initiated. If project scoping, architecture planning, or integration development has commenced, the service is considered initiated and the relevant charges are non-refundable. Refund requests must include the project name, invoice number, and reason for the request. Eligibility is reviewed case-by-case within 3 business days of submission.
Refund requests for technology services must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery or milestone completion. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work completed, deliverables provided, and the nature of the request.
Service setup and integration charges may be non-refundable after work initiation. The following are non-refundable: integration work that has been fully completed and delivered, third-party registration or setup fees paid on your behalf, Third-party provisioning, onboarding or activation charges already incurred on the client's behalf may be non-refundable where such charges are non-refundable by the applicable third party., and merchant onboarding fees once KYC submission has begun. Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete project phases at our discretion.
You may cancel a project engagement by providing written notice to our support email. Cancellations after project commencement will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Upfront fees for project planning, architecture, or onboarding assistance are non-refundable upon cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel any engagement for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of integration services.
